Irma Boom: The Architecture of the Book

The Lamp of Sacrifice：人们需要的不仅是教堂
根据苏格兰艺术家Nathan Coley对2004年爱丁堡通讯录“宗教”一栏的统计，全市共有286个教堂、寺庙、清真寺等宗教场所。艺术家和小伙伴们历时三个月走访全市各个角落，把286个宗教建筑制作成纸板模型放在同一个屋檐下，变成了震撼人心的装置艺术作品‘The Lamp of Sacrifice, 286 Places of Worship, Edinburgh 2004’。
当建筑被缩小、地理位置被打乱，建筑的属性也发生了变化。艺术家希望借此探讨价值观与建筑，建筑与环境之间的关系。
目前‘The Lamp of Sacrifice, 286 Places of Worship, Edinburgh 2004’正在格拉斯哥当代美术馆展出。展览时间：2014年5月15日－2015年2月1日。

Studies have found that Mexican and marjoram oregano is great for managing diabetes. High metabolism and better sugar regulation can make it easier to manage weight. Oregano can also ease constipation and reduce constipation. It also gets your bile juices (produced by the liver) flowing and thereby aids digestion.

三角形的歌：亚洲现代美术馆
Wonderland list再延长，这回且先过过眼瘾。
由安藤忠雄设计，历时5年策划、修建的台湾亚洲大学亚洲现代美术馆（Asia University, Asia Modern Museum of Art）终于在10月24号正式开幕。
亚洲现代美术馆坐落于台中市雾峰区，整体选材依然是安藤标志性的清水混凝土，前卫的造型在田园牧歌的包围下分外抢眼。整栋建筑分三层，从“三角形”概念出发，三层楼以三个三角形交错而成，内部空间错落有致，衍生出无数个“小三角”。如果建筑可以谱成乐曲，标新立异的三角形们会唱出怎样一首歌呢？

Naoko Horibe : House in Naruto
日本女建筑师Naoko Horibe堀部直子设计的House in Naruto，在解决低地势问题、满足功能的同时，提供了一个舒适诗意的空间。考虑到洪水灾害，抬高了建筑基础和设计坚固的挡水小斜坡。而让人更喜欢的是中庭回廊小院子的设计，现代而具有东方人居智慧。(via:designboom.com)
